Bill is a Commercial Real Estate professional with a hands-on approach, actively involved in all project aspects. After earning a BA in Kinesiology and Business from Austin College, he gained early experience in real estate development with a Dallas-based developer. He later worked at Corrigan Real Estate Services (now Colliers International), Venture Commercial, and Weingarten Realty Investors, where he negotiated several of Dallas’s largest deals. In 2007, Bill joined the CenterPoint team, focusing on more directly involved projects, leading to his continued success.

Bill values relationships and teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment that benefits clients through shared information. Known for his ability to connect with people, Bill builds trust and long-term partnerships, offering personalized service and innovative solutions.

A former four-sport athlete from Pottsboro, TX, Bill was a top NAIA pitcher at Austin College. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and managing a 167-acre ranch. Bill actively contributes to his community, serving on the 289/120 tax board and the Pottsboro vision board, and is involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
